Digital Bakerz is a digital services company based in Karachi, Pakistan. We provide website development, Shopify development, SEO services, AI automation, marketplace growth, and creative design services. Details of specific service engagements are governed by separate proposals or Statements of Work.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in ways that don’t harm us, other users, or third parties. You agree not to:
Site content
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, videos, case studies, blog articles, and design elements, is owned by Digital Bakerz or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or reuse this content commercially without written permission.
Client work
When you engage Digital Bakerz for a project, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, as detailed in your project proposal. Prior to full payment, all rights remain with Digital Bakerz. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, with client name attribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your submissions
If you submit content to us (through contact forms, testimonials, or otherwise), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose you submitted it for. For example, submitting a testimonial gives us the right to display it on our Site.
Specific services and fees are agreed in writing through project proposals or Statements of Work. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and revisions are defined per project. See your signed proposal for details specific to your engagement.
For projects to succeed, we need timely input from clients. This includes providing brand assets, approving work at agreed checkpoints, and paying invoices on time. Delays in these areas may push project timelines and, in some cases, incur additional fees as specified in your proposal.
Some services we recommend or implement rely on third parties (Shopify, Google, OpenAI, hosting providers, etc.). We do not control these services, and we’re not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or terms. We’ll always disclose which third-party services are involved in your project before we start.
The Site is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the Site available, but we don’t guarantee it’s error-free or continuously available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
For service engagements, we don’t guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue. Marketing and business results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to using our expertise and best practices to help you succeed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Bakerz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to defend and hold Digital Bakerz harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. If a dispute arises with a client outside Pakistan, we may agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the project proposal.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.
